He is configurable for animation speed, turn frequency, stare frequency, etc. Felix now has a bag of tricks which include a method for animating your own graphic files. Look in the zip file for a folder called "santa" and put this folder in your "My Pictures" directory. Felix can now transform into santa on Christmas Eve.
