Well, NOTHING( no pun intent in the capital words) has happened since the last time I checked, this is going no where,(one word?) and I can't find the SWEAT website! I looks like a dead project, I really hope it revives, could someone PLEASE update it? Well, maybe some of this stall is because of the development of the AGGGE, but no reply to the comments must be pretty weird, and could anyone tell me the adress of the SWEAT website, there's a SWEAT website, but it doen't look like what I'm looking for. Could someone update it or tell us(or just me) what happened?

I'm looking forward for the AGGGE!

Hello again,
I am the same person from topicscharlie only with nickname. I still need help, I tried solving it, but it still does not work. I didn't get a response for 2 weeks and the last other comment was posted two years ago? Is the project still up and running? It appears to be abandoned, It is still very nice, sorry for long comment but does anyone at SWEAT(by the way I went to the site I think) and it is not updated often, did something happen to impact the project or am I missing some information. Lowered the rating because the I am getting a little impatient with the thing, and I need help please. "Ctrl-click" still is no avail though too.

Thank you all who works hard for the nice widget.
Charley

It's great! But "ctrl-click" does not do anything. I also do not have a .gges file, and the coding is mind-boggling. I need help for the code and, lauren, A is for planting seeds and B is for harvesting the beans, it(apparently) needs no waiting. I try to add do things by changing the code with Notepad(like the read me said), put it did not work, really nice though, all I need is help.
Thanks again.

Useless_Bob and Rob,
It's difficult to provide any assistance without further details. I am forwarding your messages and addresses to Chad Schmidt who has been the principal developer of the engine. Chad is a member of the SWEAT Collaborative and he has continued development of what I have termed the AGGGE in a previous post.

We will try to provide you with what help we can.

The Generic Game Engine is an open source, extensible infrastructure for creating your own games. SWEAT plans to create a special version that will be able to parse out any ascii text file. This will the Avant Garde Generic Game Engine (AGGGE). The AGGGE will then take texts as diverse as Plato's Cave, Eco's Travels In Hyperreality, and Baudrillard's On Simulation and Simulacra, and generate game universes for an intrepid game player to traverse. Who knows, perhaps Foucault's text on the panopticon may be very scary. Please stay tuned for developments.

PS. Joe, I'm sorry that you couldn't play the game, please email Chad Schmidt and let him know the nature of your difficulty.
