I can't move this because everytime I click to drag, that dropdown menu pops up.

Really bad. You go to move the widge and it pops up to play. And playing is even worse. You get a static graphic that doesnt change and pick from a drop down. why bother with a widget at all.

Works, but I have some suggestions. Chop the image file into three seperate images, for rock, paper, and scissors. Set the opacity for each one to 60%, with an onMouseOver event for each image, which temporarily sets the opacity 100% while the mouse is over it. Also have it so that instead of a pop-up message, you click on the image itself for the one you want to select. New images couldn't hurt either ;)

The interface is poorly designed. I would expect more than a drop down menu and popup display from a widget. The graphic is alright, but not of the quality I've come to expect from Konfabulator widgets. All in all this version of Rock, Paper, Scissors is less than appealing for more than 10 seconds. It's an interesting concept, but it offers much less than would be expected.
